Studied concert and instrumental pedagogy at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna and at the Vorarlberg State Conservatory with diplomas under Prof. Alois Brandhofer and Prof. Alfred Prinz. Extensive solo concert activity with the Vorarlberg Symphony Orchestra, the Vienna Concert Association and others. Multiple guest at the Schubertiade Schwarzenberg, solo clarinettist in the Vorarlberg Symphony Orchestra for 25 years. Compositional work for school and wind orchestras.

Teaches since 25 years at various music schools and temporarily at the Conservatory Feldkirch. Double prize winner of the music education competition "Junge Ohren" Berlin with the ensemble "Die Schurken". Extensive chamber music activity and dedicatee of several contemporary compositions.
