Benni Pfeifer has already played with Blumentopf, Ya-Ha!, Schandmaul, Power! percussion, Tommy Reeve, GinChillers, Jose&Resa (MTV Newcomer 2005), Lichter, Anna Mwale and many more on national and international stages. He currently plays with Blumentopf and Ya-Ha! and can be heard live as a temporary drummer with various bands and projects.
He studied drums (rock/pop/jazz) at the vocational school for music in Krumbach with Lars Binder and is a state-certified leader of popular music (with distinction). In addition, he completed the contact study course Popular Music at the Hamburg University of Music and the Professional Programme at the Future Music School. Benni has had lessons with some of the most famous drummers in Germany like Curt Cress, Udo Dahmen, Jost Nickel, Heinrich Köbberling and participated in clinics of various internationally sought-after drummers like Jojo Mayer and Dave Weckl.
